My stay was marred by an uncomfortable mattress, causing back pain. The soundproofing was atrocious. I could hear every step and conversation from adjacent rooms. Staff were unhelpful at check-in when I requested a more comfortable room, adding to my overall disappointment with the stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and had great public transport access. Definitely loved the nearby supermarket for quick snacks! The area was quiet, which was a major plus after a long day of exploring.

Our 6-night stay in a Standard King Room was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent breakfast buffet and the clean rooms. However, the Wi-Fi could use some improvement.

best western was a very pleasant hotel with a comfortable standard king room that was well serviced. the breakfast was a great start to the day. it's not super central, but the nearby public transport is convenient and the supermarket across the road was a lifesaver for quick snacks.

The Standard King Room was cozy, and I loved the clean bathroom! The breakfast was a hit too, especially the great coffee. However, the sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms which was a bit annoying. Also, the AC was a bummer and not working during my stay, which made it tough to sleep comfortably at night.

The Standard King Room had amazing air conditioning which really helped me sleep deep. The private bathroom was equipped with free toiletries, a shower, and a hairdryer. I loved the flat-screen TV and the minibar for a late night snack. The electric kettle was also a nice touch for making tea. Overall, the room was super clean!
